I’ve been starting my mornings with Connective Meditation followed by the Sunrise Set. Does that order seem okay to you? Let me know if there’s anything I should be careful about while doing them.
In a few months, I’m thinking of adding Inside Form to my practice. When I do, should I continue with Connective Meditation and the Sunrise Set as well? If so, how would you recommend arranging them?
Also, I’m hoping to practice daily. Is that alright, or would taking breaks now and then be better?
