    How to practice Bow Fist meditation. In the inhale, suck Qi into the knees. The movement of the arms is at the same rate and speed as the breath.

    How to practice Sitting Tai Chi ball meditation. Project your awareness into the spine for three breaths. Then project out of the third eye for three breaths.

  • #8 Sideways Fan Thru Back

    How to practice Sideways Fan thru Back. Keep the head still and the chin down while turning at the waist. The arm moves at the same rate and speed as the breath. Pull the fingers back slightly when the arm is extended. Do not lock the elbow.

    How to practice Down and Out meditation. A new layer of detail is added in this meditation in that we suck into the palms and forearms as well as suck into the knees.
