Inhale into the back of the forearm to the Dantian to the back heel.
Exhale from back heel to the Dantian out the back of the forearm.
Inhale down the forearm to the Dantian to the rear heel. Then Rollback.
Inhales expand the Tai Chi Ball. Exhale contract the Tai Chi ball
Sucking Qi into the palms and forearms on the inhales and blowing Qi out of the fingertips on the exhales
